Scope of Services
1. Design / Sketch Plan/ Feasibility
Analysis of Client brief / budget / Time Frame.
Consult with your local Council
Consult / Liaise with Engineer or Surveyor (as required).
Soil Tests are arranged preferably at this stage.
2. Town Planning Applications
Prepare planning application documents including reports as required.
Prepare relevant documentation for lodging to council for a Town Planning Application.
Liaise with Council.
3. Building Permit Applications
Preparation of comprehensive working drawings
(construction plans) ready for Council and Builder’s pricing. Includes liaison with Engineers / other consultants as required.
Preparation of specifications.
Energy Rating Report.
Tender documents (if required).
4. Models (if required)
A physical display model OR a Computer 3D model can easily provided on request. This service does come at an additional cost.
Fees
Due to the individuality of each and every project, it is not our policy to provide quotations over the phone or Internet, without a formal introduction, and a site inspection.
We prefer to meet with you for an initial meeting and gain all the information required to form a reasonable design brief. We are then able to present to you a well informed estimate that is fair to you the client, and also fair to us, the professionals, from whom you are seeking assistance.
Estimates will usually arrive 7 - 10 working days after the first client meeting.
If you choose to proceed with us as per the estimate, contract documents should then be then signed and a initial deposit payment to be received by our office, before formal work commences.
