Without us, or any of our BDAT / BDAA associates, you will struggle to achieve and maintain a solid return on one of ‘lifes’ biggest investments.

Basic sustainable design is most naturally a feature in all of our homes. Passive solar principles, such as cross ventilation, costs nothing to incorporate at the design stage but always result in a more comfortable, healthy home and reduced energy costs. For those that ask, we then step outside of the box to design to more exacting standards in passive solar and sustainable design.
‘Universal housing’ also forms the core of many of our designs.
We believe, breathing new life into existing properties is considered a very desirable challenge in the current economic climate.
